We prepare a design brief and discuss and agree withour customers, where the customer’s input play a key role in developing design that is most optimum and acceptable to the operational team.
The use of design codes e.g. ASME Sec VIII Div 1 for pressure vessels, software for membrane projects e.g. ROSA, in house developed software for UF design and several XLS tools developed for ASP, MBBR, MBR and UASB help our engineer design the plant quickly.

From complex projects if needed we allocated a dedicated engineer who has full focus on only one customer till completion of project to customers satisfaction level. In special cases they have dedicated Email ID and can operate fromcustomers office.

If the project is unique and specially as we also work on innovation, we can have the entire project implemented with complete confidentiality and follow very strict guidelines to ensure the unique solution that is just drawn for you, remains with you.
Outsourcing
All competences, may not be in-house. But e.g. we are implementing a project for a major membrane manufacturer where the IT software is being developed as a part of delivery. We have outsourced the same to a known IT company.
